Pre-order Policy

Stickkarr card skins are currently sold as pre-orders. This page explains the pre-order price, how payment works, when your order ships and how to cancel. It sits alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Pre-order special offer

The pre-order offer runs until 25 November 2026, 11:59 PM IST (the "offer end date"). Orders must be placed and paid for by then to get the offer.

Every card skin is ₹99 (regular price ₹199).
Free shipping on every order within India, with no minimum order value.
Other offers still apply: Buy 3 card skins, get 1 free (applied automatically) and coupon codes shown at checkout. Coupon codes do not combine with Buy 3, get 1 free.

After the offer ends

From 26 November 2026, card skins return to the regular price of ₹199, and standard shipping applies (₹49, free on orders of ₹499 or more within India).
Orders placed before the offer end date keep the price and free shipping they were charged, even if they are dispatched later.
If a price change takes a few hours to update on the website after the offer end date, we will honour the price shown at checkout.
We may end the offer early if the first production batch fills up. If we do, we will update this page and the website banner. Orders already placed are not affected.

2. Payment

Pre-orders are paid in full when you order, by UPI, card, netbanking, wallet or other online methods shown at checkout.
Cash on delivery is not available for pre-orders.
You will get an order confirmation once your payment is successful.

3. Printing and dispatch

Your skin is printed and cut to your chosen cover style and chip size in our first production batch.
After you order, we will email you an estimated dispatch date. If that date changes, we will let you know.
Once dispatched, delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days (up to 10 for some locations), and you will receive tracking details.

4. Changing your pre-order

Need to change your design, cover style, chip size or address? Email us before your order enters printing and we will update it. After printing starts, design and size changes may not be possible.

5. Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch date we shared, you can cancel for a full refund even if printing has started.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it, and your bank usually takes 5–7 business days to show it.

6. After delivery

If your skin doesn't fit, is misprinted or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or give you a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
