Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, replacements and refunds work for orders placed on stickkarr.in.

1. Cancelling a pre-order

Pre-order terms, including the pre-order price and dispatch dates, are in our Pre-order Policy.

  • You can cancel your pre-order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund, including any shipping charge you paid.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch date we shared, you can cancel for a full refund even if printing has started.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but the replacement and refund options below still apply.

2. Wrong fit, misprints and damage

Our skins are made to order for your chosen card, cover style and chip cutout. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Wrong fit or misprint: send your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a refund.
  • Damaged in transit: send your order number and photos of the parcel and product. We will send a replacement or give you a refund.

Because every skin is printed for your order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once an order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law. Skins that have already been applied to a card cannot be returned unless they were faulty.

3. Offers and discounts

If you received a free item or a discount (for example, Buy 3, get 1 free, or a coupon code) and you cancel or are refunded for part of the order, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid for the affected items, and offer conditions are recalculated for the rest of the order.

4. How refunds are paid

  • All orders are prepaid, so refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet).
  • We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it. Your bank or payment app usually takes 5–7 business days to show it.

5. How to request a cancellation, replacement or refund
